In a show of support for Ukraine, all 27 EU Foreign Ministers met in Kyiv this week shortly after the US Congress blocked new aid for the country. William Pomeranz, Director of the Wilson Center’s Kennan Institute, talks about why the meeting was important, the challenges Ukraine faces to sustain its aid, and the new $ 5.2 billion aid package that was proposed by EU Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell.
