Ray Suarez, a visiting professor of Political Science at New York University Shanghai, former anchor of PBS NewsHour, former host of NPR’s Talk of the Nation, and author of “Latino Americans: The Five Hundred-Year Legacy That Shaped a Nation,” speaks about the unknown Hispanic American heroes of the Second World War, the labor rights movement led by Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta in the 1960’s, and the future of Hispanic Americans in the U.S.
